James Kouzes is the Dean's Executive Fellow of Leadership at Santa Clara University's Leavy School of Business, where he speaks and teaches about leadership all over the world. He's received many honors for his contributions, including the 2010 Thought Leadership Award. Barry Posner holds the title of Accolti Professor of Leadership at the same school and was the dean from 1997 to 2000. He has been a visiting professor at various universities globally and has also won several awards for his efforts.
