He has a lot of experience helping people in tough jobs, like Red Bull athletes, the US women’s soccer team, and the US Navy SEALs, for whom he created the BUD/S mental toughness program. Before this, Potterat spent 20 years in the US Navy, retiring as a commander. Alan Eagle is an author and a consultant in executive communications. He wrote books like How Google Works and Trillion Dollar Coach, together with Eric Schmidt and Jonathan Rosenberg. His 16 years at Google made him really skilled at helping leaders and companies tell their stories well.
